If you’ve read some of my other comments on knife storage, you know that I don’t care for knife storage blocks. In my opinion, knife blocks are unsanitary and I recommend using a magnetic knife holder. However, there are many cooks who swear by them. If you love knife blocks and really feel that you need to use one to store your precious knives, one of the blocks that I would recommend is the Wusthof knife block.
